We’ve collaborated with renowned Toronto Chef Paul Boehmer, from Boehmer Restaurant in Toronto with one of his favorite summer recipes called ‘Baby Beet Salad’. This beet dish is perfect for this time of year; all of the ingredients can be bought locally or at the farmers market. We suggest heading to St. Lawrence or Leslieville farmers markets to catch the greatest deals and selections of fresh produce. We recommend the ‘Summer Spritzer’ cocktail to accompany your menu – recipe by the LCBO.

Also, don’t forget to set the mood with dressing up your table setting to serve your beautiful ‘Baby Beet Salad’. Keep it simple and chic.
